"I have always believed that taking help and guidance doesn't make you small or a loser. Life throws challenges and sometimes it isn't easy to handle yourself so I have never been afraid of asking for help, paying for counselling or motivation. I am not a faith shopper but a supporter of the importance of the mind, body and spirit, well being and peace. I truly believe it is possible every day, but one must work on it each day consciously. The reason I chose to contribute was is to reach out to others in my own way to help them heal. Heal yourself and happiness will definitely come!"

"When I heard about MindBodyAdvisor, I knew I had to be a part of it. I am constantly trying to better myself spiritually, mentally and physically. This seems like the place where it was coming together for me. My small contribution to it is the design of the logo. I created a symbol that evokes a calm, seeking and connected feeling. It brings together structure and serenity, a balance we all want to find."

"The combined well-being of our mind, body and soul is real inner peace. With every single step towards inner wellness, we get closer to knowing what we want from the world and vice versa. A sound soul not only learns, it also teaches. We believe MindBodyAdvisor's efforts to carve out time for improvisation of inner well-being and consciousness will help individuals attain an overall balance in life. We sometimes need to wrap ourselves out of the hustle and bustle that surrounds us; this would serve as a platform where people can reach out to learn more about the higher perspectives of life."

"The benefits of inner well-being are widely known. It enables individuals to lead an existence in peace with what is. Unfortunately, with the pace of modern life, practicing meditation has become difficult. As a new entrant into the world of mindfulness, I see MindBodyAdvisor as being a portal which could make inner well-being and contentment accessible to a large number of people. I believe this is a truly commendable goal and I wish to associate with it."

"I believe, the definition for inner well-being would be different for all but the path to achieving it would be similar. To harness ones inner self is all about knowing oneself, accepting yourself as a creation of a might creator. I believe that this space, when well groomed could enhance your abilities to process thoughts, keeping you fresh and active. I desire to be part of this space and try to bring in an equilibrium between my mind and my body."

"If an egg is broken by an outside force, life ends. If it's broken from inside, life begins. Great things always start from inside".

We have the power to create our lives the way we want, just by changing our thoughts and feelings. I have learnt with my life that if only I choose the happy thought, accept the reality and live in it, be grateful for it and take responsibility, everything around me changes to so much better, and I can create and live the life I want, with a mind full of peace and joy, irrespective of external circumstances.

If I can even help one person take the path that I did and gain infinite happiness from within, I would feel honoured.

We're always looking to connect, collaborate and work together!
